Why Participate in the Washington Co-occurring Disorders and Treatment Conference?
• By participating as a sponsor, exhibitor or advertiser you will have the opportunity to access over 600 chemical dependency and mental health professionals, direct care staff, case mangers, advocates, administrators, vocational rehabilitation counselors, consumers, administrators and supervisors in the region.
• Sponsorships allow the conference to bring nationally recognized presenters to Washington.
• Exhibitors provide great information and products to assist conference participants.

How To Apply
Download, complete and submit the 2011 Sponsorship, Advertisement & Exhibitor Application packet.
Applications are due no later than Monday, August 22, 2011. Exhibit tables are limited and will be provided to applicants on a first come, first serve basis. Be sure to submit your application soon!

Exhibit Space Additional furniture, draping, accessories, and/or decorations are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor and should be approved in advance by the conference organizers. All booth equipment and accessories must follow the standards established by the Fire Marshall. For a complete list of policies, please see page 3 of the Application Packet. |

Graphics
• Logo, advertisement, and/or graphic or printed materials must be received no later than, Monday, September 5, 2011 in order to be printed in program or for placement in conference bag.

• Acceptable file formats for logos and advertisements include EPS, high resolution PDF, JPG or TIF. Files should be saved in the original application/file format in which they were created with no bleeds. Photos/ images should be high resolution and received in the file size you wish to have it printed; i.e., 600 dpi or higher for black and white, 300 dpi or higher for color/grayscale. Please do not send logos/photos/images from word processing software, presentation software or websites.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
All payments must be received prior to the event. The conference organizer reserves the right to refuse admission if full payment is not received prior to the event. The conference organizer must receive official cancellation from
the sponsor, exhibitor, or advertising organization by Monday, September 5, 2011 to provide a full refund. If the conference organizer is notified of cancellation after Monday, September 5, 2011, no refund will be provided. Thank you.
Confirmation
A confirmation notification, including detailed information about set-up hours, where to ship materials, and other pertinent information will be sent via email to the contact person listed on the application upon receipt of application and payment.
Door Prizes
Participants will receive a raffle ticket to participate in door-prize drawing each day of the Conference. We would like to invite sponsors, advertisers and exhibitors to contribute a door-prize(s). Contributing organization will be recognized during drawings which is another great way to advertise your organization! Please indicate your interest on the Application Form.

Lodging
