Post-conference Ethics Training Fee (Wednesday, October 5):

*Registration must be completed online, received by fax or postmarked by Monday, September 5 in order to receive the early registration rate. There are no exceptions. Thank you.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the conference, please send a written cancellation notice to CASAT no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 5, 2011 for a full refund. If your cancellation notice is received after September 5, 2011 a refund will not be possible. Thank You.
